Free shipping on domestic orders over $99.99
Media Mail is not available for packages arriving during holidays - delivery is not guaranteed by the courier - and there are no refunds for late packages.
Regardless of the shipping method you choose, most orders are packaged and shipped within 1-5 business days. During busy periods like holidays, shipping times may be longer. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will not ship until all items are in stock. If your order includes pre-order items, your order will ship once all items arrive at our warehouse, unless you wish to split the order and pay additional shipping costs. If pre-order items qualify for free shipping, you may split your order at no additional cost.
If you do not request us to open the LP before shipping, we are not responsible for cracked seams.
